Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth
In 2024, Sideline Media continued to focus on what we do best: capturing game day photos, team photos, and video highlights that celebrate the heart and soul of youth and high school sports. Whether it was an unforgettable touchdown, a game-winning goal, or a heartfelt team moment, we were honored to freeze those memories in time for athletes and their families.
This year also saw tremendous growth in our SM Cares program. At Sideline Media, giving back is central to who we are. Thanks to your support, we were able to contribute to organizations that are making a difference, including Pinelake Church, Pisgah High School, The Tunnel 2 Towers Foundation, and Samaritan’s Purse. These contributions are a reflection of our shared commitment to supporting the communities that trust us with their most cherished moments.
Looking Ahead: 2025 and Beyond

Enhanced Gallery Experience
The first major change we’re rolling out RIGHT NOW is an all-new gallery platform designed to make accessing and shopping for your photos and videos easier than ever. Here’s what you can look forward to:
• All Game Day Photos in One Place: View the entire season’s photos in one convenient gallery.
• Unified Shopping Cart: Seamlessly shop for prints, downloads, and specialty items all in one cart.
• Online Video Delivery: Access highlight and game day videos directly through your gallery.
• Improved Navigation: Enjoy a streamlined, user-friendly interface that enhances your browsing experience.

Introducing smSeniors and The smILE Squad
January 2025 will also mark the official launch of smSeniors, our dedicated senior portrait line that celebrates individuality and milestones. These portraits are designed to capture the essence of each senior’s unique story in a way that feels personal, meaningful, and timeless.
To kick off smSeniors, we’re launching The smILE Squad, our senior rep team. The smILE Squad will represent Sideline Media throughout the year, participating in exclusive photoshoots, sharing their experiences, and helping spread the word about smSeniors. Members of The Squad will enjoy incredible perks, including free sessions, discounts, and the opportunity to star in promotional campaigns.
Applications for The smILE Squad will open in early January, so if you or someone you know is graduating in 2026, stay tuned for more details! We will also begin accepting bookings for spring pictures for the Class of 2025 with limited space available!
Unveiling smLegends and smLegacy
Later in 2025, we’ll expand our services with the launch of smLegends and smLegacy:
• smLegends: Dramatic, bold athlete portraits featuring creative lighting, smoke, and digitally produced effects. These portraits are designed to capture the intensity and passion of individual athletes in a way that stands out.
• smLegacy: Heartfelt, documentary-style family heirloom videos that preserve the stories, voices, and memories of your loved ones for generations to cherish.
These new offerings reflect our commitment to telling stories in creative and impactful ways, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
